Offseason360 does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to college offers, scholarships, or athletic placement. Results vary based on the individual athlete's abilities, academic profile, and other factors outside our control. We commit to providing our best professional guidance throughout the process.
Payment is required before services are rendered. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your transaction and we will work to resolve the issue in good faith.
All content on this website — including the Parents Playbook, written materials, graphics, and branding — is the property of Offseason360 and Coach Mike Bellamy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Offseason360 provides guidance consistent with NCAA rules and regulations as we understand them. It is the responsibility of the student-athlete and their family to verify compliance with current NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA rules. We are not responsible for any eligibility issues arising from actions taken outside our direct guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offseason360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
